What types of meditation?

From my own experience, I started with some chakra meditations at the beginning of my journey. From root to crown chakra. Balancing all of my chakras from the bottom up.

There are lots of free meditation on youtube. Some contains guided meditation (the voice of a person guiding from start to finish), others just the frequency related to certain chakra.

One meditation that has helped me a lot is Mooji. His voice is very calming and can guide me through with just a simple technique. You might want to try this. But again, listen to your own inner guidance.
